Terms and conditions
New costumes are made to measure. We will converse awhile to determine what you want and how much it will cost. I ask for 3t least 3 fittings.
The first is to take measurements. If I do the measuring any subsequent mistakes will be rectified at my expense. Some customers prefer to miss out this fitting and get someone else to do the measuring. If these measurements turn out to be inacurate I will charge for alterations.
The second fitting is to try on a toile to fine tune my patterns. If you miss this fitting out your costume will not fit.
The third fitting is to try on the finished garment(s) with the option of making minor alterations. On taking possession of your costume I will present you with an invoice. I extend my customers the courtesy of 30 days to make payment. (Should payment be late I will request payment in advance for any subsequent orders.) I prefer to be paid by cash, cheque or Paypal.
NB. For the last few years my order book has never been empty so you will be in a queue. Your place in this queue is assured the minute you start to talk to me. It is not dependant on when we seal an agreement. I will give you an estimated date of completion but pleased be warned of my over optimistic tendencies.
