I specialise in 16th Century costumes. They are historically researched and tailored to fit the individual.
Fabrics are chosen to match 16th century examples as closely as possible: 100% wool and linen, colours mimicking natural dyes.
Choose the quality to suit your needs. Re-enactment - hand sewn where it shows. Authentic - completely hand stitched.
If a customer wishes to supply their own fabrics the price of the finished garment will be adjusted to take this into account.
My costume making has expanded to span the centuries. From Vikings in Leeds and Belfast to C17th at Gainsborough House in Sudbury, C19th at Audley End near Saffron Walden, and the Crumlin Road Museum in Ireland
